I discovered yoga after years of strength training—looking for something to balance my body, I found a practice that transformed not just how I moved, but how I lived. What began as a physical curiosity turned into a deep connection with breath, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
I’m passionate about creating classes that are equal parts strength and stillness. My teaching blends dynamic vinyasa, mobility, and grounding yin, always with the goal of helping students connect more fully to their bodies and breath. I love exploring arm balances and inversions and guiding others to safely challenge themselves in empowering ways.
Off the mat, you can find me climbing, snowboarding, DJing, or out on a trail soaking in the wild. I bring that same spirit of play and presence into my classes—offering space to explore, grow, and just be.
